I was thinking alternate universe or we all make new characters. Like alternate universe could be a jail break situation or a future event where we all know each other. If we're willing to make new characters we could start things from the ground up and have certain people be in team rocket and certain people be trainers or pretty much whatever comes to mind

That wouldn't be much of an RP, but I don't see why each of us couldn't make a stub self-RP if we so chose to play out our own backstory. But considering we all just met ICly at or near the lakeside, it might be better just to make a separate thread for your own benefit if you want to write out your story. If we would like to continue playing together, we could start a stub where perhaps they were sitting about a table chatting, or something to that extent. Perhaps even set it to a day or so after the Gyarados incident, since we seem to have most of that scene already plotted here in the OOC. Another good idea for sure. It would make sense if some admins asked each of our characters what exactly happened at the lake, then we could meet up with any other characters that are still at the base. Another idea which is separate from this would be a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon RP if anyone would be interested in that I'm down for some mystery dungeon action |

I think we should skip to just after the lake incident. I really like the character I've got going, and the dynamics between all you guys work really well. I really hope that Mina's alright, because she hasn't been on in about three weeks, and hasn't seen my messages on facebook yet either. But I really do want to get this back on track.
edit: It's too bad we're not going to get to see what Mina had planned for the stones, but we've got so much set up right now, It'd be a shame to let it go to waste.

Her character is supposed to be following Novick around so we'd have to completely change that aspect if 8Track wanted to do anything with his own character. If we can figure a way for Novick to leave Rizza or something of that sort then we might be able to continue after the lake incident. So how do I setup the mystery dungeon page since a few people seem interested in that idea? |

Alright... So as stated before Mina is engaged and juggling around with work and school. So that explains her absence. As for benching Mina to move on with the story, probably not to best idea. If she's got plans and knows what to do with her character long term taking control of the role play would mess up what she had going on... However if she ever comes on to say go ahead, I'd say her character being hospitalized as a result of the incident would be the best way to go. It seems like we all wanna keep our characters so why not go with the alternate dimension route. All we'd have to do is find new things for our characters to be doing after the big meeting at the beginning and have our characters meet up in the middle of doing them. Mina wont be involved so Novick will fly solo, and if you guys wanted to switch partners or anything that can be done too. If you guys dig the idea I even have a direction for the rp to go in. It involves cults and legendary pokemon  |

Since we don't know if Mina will come back or not and as to not mess up any of her ideas for her character, we could do something where we're not really sure what happened to Rizza, after the battle at the lake we were all summoned at the base to describe the event (after some recover in the hospital). However, shortly after giving our stories we are all sent on missions, could be with the same team or different or with a new member, but the missions are of the utmost importance so there is no time to check on those who are still injured. This gives the characters a way to still mention Rizza but without directly controlling her actions and could give Novick a reasonable excuse to leave his Grunt temporarily but that's up to 8track. Seems like most people are okay with continuing on with the story so just post some more ideas and when the majority agree on something we can decide who will be the first to post. Also I'll message Ayden to see if I can start a Mystery Dungeon Roleplay in one of the threads, probably make a post on the TRG and Pokerista pages if Ayden gives me the go-ahead. Although, we have a couple admins here so could you guys give the "go" for a MD RP? |

How am I supposed to proceed? She was controlling a character to be my partner. You know. What admins? I'm an elite who is possibly gonna be an admin in TRG if that's what you're saying. I myself would love to wait for her but if you all are that adamant about it then ok.

She would be hit, I would take out Crobat to cover me as I carried her to safety, I would leave Crobat to protect her along with her own pokemon and return to help fight off the Gyarados with Weavile and Sableye. After the battle is done I would carry her to either a hospital or HQ if we have a medical center there and that would be where we would leave Rizza. Its realistic and it works So if we're really gonna move on without Mina, who's gonna take over from here? If we do decide to move on I feel like before doing anything game related that needs to be settled, and anyone who steps up should have some damn good ideas for plot. I suck at continuity so I'm taking my hat out of the ring now... |

I can step up to do the plot stuff. I love writing, and I've got a couple ideas for what I want to do with the story, though at present, they're mostly focused around my character.

I'm cool with you taking the reins but we'll need plot points that involve everyone and don't really pave the way for a "main" character. There certainly can be events that follow a specific character's story though |
