Team Rocket Roleplay [General Thread]

Now, how the battle system is going to work is based off random encounters for the area, and exp for your Pokemon based on lvl and such, just like in the games. I have found random generators for encounters and experience, to keep everything fair.
Trainer battles will be held through Showdown, and the experience will be calculated accordingly.
Videos of the battles can be linked to the in character battle scene so everyone can watch. 

Items will be only ones you can find in the area (like in the game), or ones that have been given to the character or collected previously. Items with no abilities can be used/created as much as you like.

Characters 

I am a big fan of character profiles. Now, you don't have to go all out in details, if you don't want to. Just the basics and add more if you want. However, you will need to keep a pretty detailed profile on your Pokemon, to keep everything fair.

Pokemon cannot learn moves they normally couldn't, must be a certain level to evolve (for the ones that applies to), and such. Nothing special. No legendaries unless you can provide a really good reason for it and I (or other GM) approves it.


As for rank, here is a chart of some of the ranks (more may be added)
Rank (Pokemon General Lvl range for starting):

Executives (lvl 75-100)

Gym Leaders (Lvl 10-100 at their discretion)

Professors (any range)

Scientists / Breeders (any range)

Agents / Field Agents (lvls 10-35)

Grunts / Team Grunts (field work) (starting lvls 5-25)

In-training (lvls 5-25)

I thought it would be fun to do a rp where some members are just joining Team Rocket and others have been there for a while. This could be anyone from a grunt, to even the boss (if he wants to join). There will be people of all levels, ranks, ages, and everything else. 
There will be:
*Battles
*Catching/ raising wild Pokemon
*Missions for almost all ranks
*Teams
*A lot of character growth and interaction
*Systematic posting so no one gets left behind. 
*Special events to get shiny Pokemon or other special goodies (that if I get enough people, we might even be able to send to your actual game)
*And more!!

Also, I had the idea that there could be logs for each member. Under your character profile (which all will be located in a separate thread), we could do journal entries or something. I think this would be cool for the scientist and any other members who like that kind of thing. It's not going to be a requirement, just a nice addition if you want it. 


So, in conclusion, this is my idea. Feel free to comment ideas, thoughts, concerns, or anything else. 


Please comment with interest, so I know how many people are interested. Also, please comment the rank you are interested in, so I can start making missions and such accordingly.

Rules:

1. No godmodding, oping, or being too perfect or always dodging and such.

3. NO ONE LINERS!! There will be a minimum of 4 decent (meaning at least 5 sentences) paragraphs per post.

7. You must post once a week (unless I am notified). If you do not, your character will be controlled by me until you return. If you do not return or give a date when you will be back, your character will be killed off or simply disappear on a mission.
8. This will be a mature-ish rp, but lets keep it clean for all the kiddies out there. So, no using the f word in every sentence unless your character is like that, and if so, please try to censor it a little with asterisks or something.
8.5 - Romance is allowed and fine, but nothing too heavy. Look over rule 8 and 9. 
9. Read over and follow all the board rules!! 

 You get 3 strikes, then you're out!
